A middle-aged woman with unknown rash on lower extremities

A woman in her mid-20’s presented with complaints of left upper quadrant pain for one month, which worsens after eating. She had an unintentional weight loss of about 20 lbs. She has a family history of a genetic skin condition. She mentions moving to a hot and humid region which flared up the skin rash. On physical examination, her vital signs are within normal limits. Physical examination is unremarkable except for the rash as seen in the exhibit and left upper quadrant pain. Laboratory investigations are within normal limits.
